I recieved this Power adapter super fast after I had ordered it. The power brick works great and doesn't over heat like the old one. Its in great condition and might as well be brand new.

I got this adapter for my European xbox 360 unit. The unit used to operate on 220V, but after moving to North America I needed to buy a new adapter since the voltage is different. I was afraid it might not work out because I got my xbox from overseas, but so far I had no troubles at all, both the adapter and the xbox 360 unit are working in perfect harmony. I was encouraged to buy this item because it's an original piece (has Microsoft label on it).Overall, I'm happy with this adapter and I recommend it if you're having troubles with yours.

My Xbox turns on. Just make sure your Xbox 360 is the correct voltage. Just as described. This works fine and there are no hiccups.

Product worked great. Might give you a power issue at first but the customer service is excellent so you're ensured to get what you want one way or another (also, it's easily fixed by leaving it plugged in to the console and powered off for a day). Would recommend.

Item stop working after only 4 months of light use, I suppose it's just bad luck..., now I need to look for a new one.

Wrong 110V Plug

Arrived quickly, but packaging was seriously damaged. Unit appears OK, but can't verify because the unit shipped with the wrong 110v power cord to plug into the power brick. The power brick requires a 3-prong plug with a notch in it and we received a 2-prong plug without a notch. Unusable until we receive a new cord.

Not a permanent fix for your RROD if your having a hardware problem. My xbox didnt even turn on -_-. It doesn't even have the same plug as my first original power supply.

Terrible! I ordered 100-120 V input AC and I received 200-240v! I already have one of those that is working! I totally do NOT recommend this product
