This controller is the only reason users choose Xbox 360 over PlayStation 3. The two controllers are incomparable; PlayStation's controllers should have thought of this years ago... NOW they have in PS4, with resistance in the joysticks and having them further apart. It just goes to show you; Microsoft thought of it back in the old Xbox. I'd say they're ahead of Sony in that regard. Plenty of the other reviews are telling you how they bought this item used and had a bad experience with the seller. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. They should be reviewing the product itself, not the seller they got it from. Great product.

Xbox controllers are rugged and get a lot of use. We have three in different colors. Bought this last one used on Amazon Marketplace and saved a bundle and it seems brand new. Works fine. Came with no documentation, but having two already it is easy to pair up with the Xbox. Have one in black, one now in white and one in chrome so at least the kids know whose is whose. Now who gets to be first player?

I was pleased with the controller. It worked fine. I wish that the console worked for it so that I could play my Xbox 360 games. I would consider buying items like this on Amazon.com again. I would also consider buy from the seller that sold this to me.

It has a bunch of crap on it but it works well for 20 bucks I guess. If you are looking to have a working controller and not spend much, this is for you but warning: it has an abundant amount of marks and scratches on it.

So the controller itself is great, but the battery pack was cracked down the side and wouldn't work. Pretty lame if you ask me..
