This item does what its supposed to do. That being said, its a bluetooth transceiver. The problem is people say that you sound far away. Clarity is and never will be that of a wired connection. For the price I paid on here Im not complaining ($20 may be alot for some) Nonetheless, I deducted 1 star simply because the quality is simply not what youd expect for the price.HOWEVER, the seller is amazing. I paid for it on Friday, got it on Monday!

Replacement adapter for Turtle Beach Ear force XP400

Bought this to replace our son's xba adapter (that he lost) for his TB Earforce XP400 wireless headset. After pairing the headset with the adapter, it worked great. Took less than 5min. to set up. However, it did take a few min. to figure out how to pair the headset and adapter. First, we had to turn off the Bluetooth. Next, hold and turn on the Xba for 4 seconds. Afterwards, hold the Bluetooth button (6-8 seconds) until it blinks red and blue a (couple to a few) times. In the end, the two paired perfectly. I would recommend this to everyone.

what more can i say it works as intended. Only downside is that since the headset is wireless and i have to use the BT to use this it eats battery up like crazy

I got this adapter for the px4 because I wasn't a fan of the chat cable going from headset to the controller and it is fantastic. Just turn the headsets bluetooth on and they automatically connect. You can hear my voice crystal clear on the xbox. Sounds even better than that cheap chat cable the headset came with. Very pleased with this product.

I got this adapter so I wouldn't have to use the cable to use my PX5 on my Xbox360. It works well except that people on the other end complain I sound very far away now as apposed to when I used the cable. Either way the sound coming in is great and I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to be tethered to their controller any longer.
