Excellent hunting game.

Although I have very little experience with the previous cabela games I know this one is a dramatic improvement.. In my opinion this is an excellent hunting simulator. I purchased this game for the pc and I do plan on getting it for the Xbox its ashame not many people know of this.There's a Freemium game known as the hunter for the pc I've been playing that for awhile with server limitation without spending real money its really annoying when playing as a free member.. As an alternative I discovered pro hunts and its a very satisfying alternative.This game is mission based you'll have to hunt a specific type of animal every time. But you do have the option of going on free hunts. With each hunt you go you'll earn hunter points which you can use to buy gears and other weapons. It's fairly easy to find the animal you need to hunt you'll usual start close to them.The bullet mechanics is really authentic.. You have the nice x-ray that shows the entry and exit wound it never gets old. Infact shooting an animal in the head might cause the bullet to deflect off the animal skull. That's how much though they put into this game. The map is pretty open which is nice.Overall this is the best hunting simulators I have ever played in my opinion and I highly recommend it.. There's also an awfully lot more to this game I failed to mention but my time is limited but I'll include this, the wind is also important in this game.. If you're down wind from your prey it can easily pick up your scent and flee so be mindful of your approach.
